Experience

Technical Sourcing Manager - IC, PMIC, ASIC ( Network, Edge, Data Center, and AI Platforms)

Intel Corporation, Hillsboro

I lead strategic sourcing for Integrated Circuits (IC) across various Intel business units including Data Center, AI, and Memory-Storage, managing supplier relationships to support Intel's multi-generational product roadmap through new product designs, part qualifications, and supplier onboarding. Collaboratively working with Quality and Reliability teams and commodity managers, I drive corrective actions and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, I boost supply chain efficiency by leading data centralization projects and fostering the adoption of Gen AI tools through team training and IT collaboration.

May 2022 - Present

Senior Process Engineer

Intel Corporation, Hillsboro

I was responsible for the development and transfer of process technologies to high-volume manufacturing, including the installation and qualification of equipment. As a quality meeting manager, I represented over 30 groups and led cost reduction projects across Intel fabs. My efforts in implementing Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs) and upgrading equipment for environmental benefits significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced technician hours, and saved approximately $12 million annually in manufacturing costs at Intel, earning me multiple awards for innovation and operational excellence.

March 2018 - May 2022

Nuclear Engineer/Technologist - Core & Fuel

GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, Wilmington, NC

I conducted thermal hydraulic and plant transient analyses for various Boiling Water Reactor applications, leading to enhancements in reactor safety and performance. I spearheaded the development of an automation tool to streamline fuel loading error analysis and contributed to the design of a novel core-catcher. Additionally, I supported the Department of Energy's Accident Tolerant Fuel program, developing advanced fuel claddings, and continuously improved engineering procedures and computational programs, providing expert guidance and mentorship.

October 2015 - February 2018

Graduate Research Assistant

Jefferson Lab, Newport News, VA & Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU)

I collaborated with Jefferson Lab and VCU School of Engineering on materials characterization, modeling, and designing magnetic shields, using high Nickel content super-alloys. Through processes like Wire Electrical Discharge Machining and 3-D printing, we developed systems to apply quantized stress to materials, analyzing their properties from cryogenic to room temperatures. We also created a stochastic magnetization model to understand material behaviors under various conditions and used COMSOL for finite element modeling. Additionally, I conducted mechanical tests on Niobium samples at different temperatures and assessed hydrogen impurity.
